Best Tilapia Fish Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
2/3 tilapia fillets
3 garlic cloves chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley /dry flakes
½ lemon/Lime
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Dry and season tilapia fillets with salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, parsley flakes and lime juice. Heat butter in a skillet over low heat. Put chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute and then add the fillets when they start to turn color a bit after 2 minutes then flip fillets and cook the other side. Fry until cooked and check your fillet with a fork to see if it is done. The garlic should turn a golden brown but do not burn it, if you notice that the garlic is starting to burn, spoon it over the fish, so it is no longer in contact with the pan.
Serve hot with lemon slices.
