Easy Refried Beans Spanish Rice Burrito Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 can refried beans
Half cup sour cream
1 cup spanish rice
2 chopped tomatoes
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 wheat tortilla
DIRECTIONS:
Place beans in microwave safe dish for 2 minutes. Lightly heat the tortilla then add sour cream, refried beans in the center of tortilla, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, and roll it up. You can make it a bit crispy by putting on skillet for 5 minutes or eat it as is.
