Puerto Rican Sofrito Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 onion cut into large chunks
1 bell pepper stemmed seeded and cut into large chunks
10 cloves garlic peeled
1 medium bunch cilantro washed and roughly chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Place onions, peppers, garlic and cilantro in food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Transfer to air tight container and store in refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze.
