Healthy Strawberry Banana Chia Seeds Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
5-6 strawberries
1 banana
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
Place banana, milk, strawberries, chia seeds, honey and Greek yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Let sit for a few minutes so that the chia seeds can expand and enjoy.
