Quick and Easy Kaddu lauki Ghiya Gosht Bottle Gourd Meat Recipe
1 lbs meat cubes mutton goat meat
1 long Kaddu Lauki Bottle Gourd Winter Squash
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon 7 spices garam masala powder
2 tablespoon Ginger Crushed
1 cup cilantro
1 cup Water
Chop onion, tomato, garlic, bottle gourd, cilantro, ginger and defrost meat if frozen.
In a pot add water, meat cubes, spices, onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and cover. Cook until water is completely dry and meat is tender. Add some oil and cook for 10 minutes. At this point at bottle gourd, water and cover until cook throughly.
Serve with bread chapati or rice and enjoy!
