Cucumber Tomato Onion Raita Veggie Yogurt Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon black powder
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
2 cup greek yogurt
1 small tomato chopped
1/4 cucumber diced
1 cup handful chopped cilantro
1/2 cup red onion
Directions:
Chop the tomato and cucumber into small cubes. chop the onion into slices or cubes and chop the cilantro. Once all the veggies are chopped add it to the yogurt and mix well. Season it with pepper, salt and cumin powder and gently mix well. Serve immediately.
