Green Vegan Veggies Salad with Guava Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped arugula
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped guava
1 cup chopped avocado
1/4 cup pistachios
1 large lemon
1 cup cilantro leaves chopped
Black pepper per taste
Salt per taste
Directions:
In a glass bowl add all the chopped veggies. Pour lemon juice to the veggies and mix well. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Serve right away or let it sit in the fridge until it’s time for party.
