Spanish Spicy Shrimp with Tomato Sauce and Garlic Recipe

Ingredient:

3 tablespoons  oil

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped green pepper

1 cup steamed broccoli

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 tablespoon paprika

3 cloves garlic chopped

Salt per taste

1 can tomato sauce

2 tablespoons tomato paste

10-15 shrimp cooked or uncooked

Directions:

In a large pan over medium heat, add the oil, garlic, onions, a nice pinch of salt and a few and add green peppers and cook for 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste, tomato sauce and season with salt, cumin, paprika and cook while stirring until mix well for about 2 minutes. Add shrimps bring to a light simmer and stir in steamed broccoli. If shrimps are uncooked then cook on 1 side until the shrimp begins to turn curl slightly for 2 to 3 minutes. Then toss and cook until they just begin to turn pink on the other side for 1 to 2 more minutes. If they are cooked then you need only 1 minute on each side and turn off the heat. Serve hot with noodles.
