Aloo Soya Ki Saabzi Dill and Potatoes Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

1 bunch dill leaves
2 medium size potatoes chopped
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon red pepper powder
Salt as per taste
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Oil
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste/chopped
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
2 green chillies

Directions:

Wash and clean dill leaves. Heat up oil and add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, spices, chopped potatoes, fry well. Add little bit of water and cover to cook the potatoes. After 10 minutes add in chopped dill leaves. Cover the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes. Serve with rice or bread.
