Spicy Stuffed Mooli Paratha Daikon Paratha Bread Recipe
2 cups daikon radish grated 1/2 teaspoon carom Seeds
½ teaspoon crush red chilli or to taste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon mango powder
½ cup cilantro chopped
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon green chilies
Salt to taste

Peel off the skin and grate radish and measure it in cups. Then add some salt and crush it with your hands to remove excess water from the radish. Add ginger, green chilies, all spices, and cilantro. Mix well and set aside.
Make 2 equal sized balls with the dough. Roll the balls out and make it into a circles, add stuffing to one of the circle and lay the other circle on top.
Seal it completely from the edges and then roll it into a parathas by dusting flour to avoid sticking. Heat a wide pan and carefully transfer the paratha, drizzle oil and cook till both the sides become golden.
