Spicy Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder / I love garlic 🙂
1 tablespoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F and cut 1 head cauliflower into florets. In the bowl of melted butter add all the spices and garlic. Mix well and toss it on top of the cauliflower florets. Season with salt and lay the florets on a baking tray. Roast, tossing occasionally, until almost tender 40-50 minutes. Roast until cauliflower is tender and then broil it for 5 minutes to give it a bit crunchy texture. Enjoy hot or warm.
