Easy Raisin With Asparagus Recipe
Ingredients:
Bunch asparagus trimmed
2 tablespoon butter
1 lemon juice
3 tablespoons raisins
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add asparagus and cook for 5 minutes or tender. Sprinkle salt, pepper and lemon juice on top of the asparagus and then add raisins and cook for another 2 minutes. Dish out and serve as side dish with steak or meat dish.
