Vegan Baked Agave Butternut Squash Cubes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large butternut squash
1/2 lemon juice
3 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoon wholesome organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Peel halve, seed the squash and then cut into bite size cubes. Place squash cubes in a baking dish. Arrange with the cut side up. Sprinkle salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and organic raw blue agave. Coat well and place the dish in oven for 40 minutes or until squash begins to brown a bit, rotate pan once during baking. Once squash is tender then dish out and serve with any meat dish.
