INGREDIENTS:
2 cups goat meat
3 onions sliced
3 tomatoes sliced
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
3 green chilies
1 teaspoon 7 spices
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 cup yogurt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Oil
Water
DIRECTIONS:
First in a pot add goat meat, 2 onions chopped, 1 tomato chopped, garlic, ginger, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and add water and let it cook. Cook for an hour or until meat is tender.
Now add some oil and start cooking until all its water is evaporated then continue cook. for another 15 minutes.
Now take 1 onions chopped and add to a pot and start to fry them until light brown. Now add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes change color lightly. Add this point add yogurt and cook for 5 minutes and then add goat meat to the mixture. Keep stirring for 10 minutes and then add green chilies, cilantro and lemon juice. Sprinkle 7 spices and serve hot with naan or rice.
