BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich Recipe


2 wheat toasts

1 bake chicken thigh

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon roasted coriander & cumin

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

3 tablespoons ketchup

1 small onion sliced


To prepare chicken:

Wash chicken and add paprika, lemon, ginger paste,garlic paste, salt and black pepper. Marinate for few hours and bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Prepare chicken with sauce:

First shred chicken with hands once is cooled. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes or until translucent. Stir in chicken, sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, roasted & crushed cumin and coriander, black pepper, apple cider vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Lay the chicken in between two slices and serve hot.
