Apricots Peaches Dates & Cranberries Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup dried peaches
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 3 tablespoon dates
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 small box of raisins
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon red crush peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon mango powder
- 1 tablespoon salt or to taste
- 3 cups water
Directions:
First take all the dried fruits and soak them in a bowl overnight until they have absorb water and becomes soft. Take a pot and add soaked dried fruits and water into it. Now add water, ginger, spices, sugar, apple cider vinegar and cook until water is level is half. Cool the mixture down and blend into a smooth mixture. Store the chutney in air tight jar in the fridge and serve with any hot appetizers.
