Spinach with Potato Aloo Palak Recipe

Ingredient:

2 cups chopped spinach

3-4 potato cut into cubes

1 tablespoon garlic paste

1 tablespoon ginger paste

Salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 tablespoon coriander powder

1 tablespoon cumin seeds

1 tablespoon mustard seeds

2-4 red dry chillies

2 green chilies

Oil
Water

Directions:

First take the spinach and boil it for 10 minutes, drain and keep it aside. Then in a pan heat oil and add your mustard seeds, cumin seeds and dry red chillies. Stir for a minute and add ginger, garlic paste and stir for few minutes. Then add your potatoes and stir for few minutes. Once you have saute the potatoes for a few minutes then add all your dry spices and then add the water and cover the lid until potatoes are eighty percent done. After open lid and add your boiled spinach and mix well saute it for good 5 to 10 minutes and then dish out and garnish it with green peppers. Serve with rice or bread.
