Tandoori Boti Recipe


• 3 cups beef or goat meat cut into piece

• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

•. 1 lemon juice

• 3 tablespoon white vinegar

• 1 tablespoon oil

• 1 tablespoon ginger & garlic paste

• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

• 1 teaspoon red chili powder

• 1 teaspoon tandoori masala

• 1/2 tsp all spice powder

• 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

• 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

• 1/4 teaspoon food coloring (optional)

• Salt to taste

1 onions roughly chopped

2 tomatoes roughly chopped


In a bowl add the meat pieces after washing them. Now add garlic paste, ginger paste, black pepper, salt, red chilies, dijon mustard, vinegar, cumin powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala, turmeric,oil, some food coloring and 1 lemon juice and mix well. Cover and refrigerate over night or for 8 hrs before grilling.

Turn the grill and make sure is hot, then place the meat pieces on skewers with tomato and onion slices in between. cook each side for 15 minutes or until meat pieces is cooked. Serve hot with chutney.
