Easy Coleslaw Recipe
4 cups of green cabbage shredded
2 cups of purple cabbage shredded
1 1/2 cups of shredded carrots
1 cup of celery stalk shredded
2 tablespoons of onions finely chopped
3 tablespoons of bell pepper shredded
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 lemon juice
3 tablespoons of white vinegar
2 tablespoons of sugar
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
In a bowl add sugar, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt, black pepper mayonnaise and mix everything well; set aside. In a separate bowl add cabbage, carrots, green peppers, onions, purple cabbage, celery and mix everything well.
Once everything is combine now add the mayonnaise and coat everything and if needed add more mayonnaise. Make sure to taste test and refrigerate for at least an hour and serve cold.
