Salmon Tortilla Wrap Recipe
2 pieces of salmon
1 wheat tortilla
2 tablespoons duck sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 slice of cheese (cut into thin slices)
Salt to taste
1 can refried bean
1-2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons mayonaise
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon steak spices
Handful chopped parsley
In a bowl combine duck sauce, sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, mix well and set aside. Now wash and dry the salmon with paper towel. Sprinkle steak spices basil and salt per taste on both sides.
Add oil to the pan and place the fish skin side down. Cook for 3 minutes and flip the fish over and cook for another 3 minutes. Once fish is cooked place it out on plate and cute in long slices.
Now in same leftover pan add the refried beans and cook for 2-3 minutes until is soft. Once warm take it out of pan. Cut parsley and cheese and set aside.
Now lay the tortilla down and spread duck sauce on the tortilla. Lay the cheese slices, thick layer of beans, salmon pieces, more sauce and then top it off with parsley. Roll the wrap and cut in the center and serve right away.
