1 cup garlic cloves
2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 lemon juice
4 cups olive oil
First peel all of the garlic and then add it to a chopper or a blender. Blend garlic well and then add your oil and keep blending. Slowly keep adding your oil and blend, add salt and lemon juice and keep on blending the garlic. Once garlic is smooth and not too constancy then garlic sauce is ready.
