Parmesan and Bail Salmon


  • 3 salmon filets
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste


First wash the salmon filets with water and then pat dry the filets with a paper towel. In a bowl add dry rosemary, basil, parmesan powder, sage, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, black pepper, olive oil and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well and then apply the spices to the filet. Make sure you coat both side but coat the top side well. Bake in the oven at 350 degree for 12-14 minutes or once the salmon is cooked. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
