Shrimps Fried Rice With Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rice (cooked)
  • 1 cup shrimps
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 snow peas
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon crush red chilies
  • 2 tablespoon green onions
  • Oil

Directions:

First add oil to the pan and then add some sesame oil to the pan. Add egg and cook it and take it out of the pan. In the same pan add green onions, snow peas, broccoli and shrimps. Cook for 5 minutes and then add salt, black pepper, red crush chilies.

Cook for another 3 minutes and then add in the rice. Cook the rice for 2 minutes and add soy sauce and mix. Now add the cooked egg and serve hot.
