Cinnamon Sumak Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

2 filets

1/2 lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon sumak

Black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Directions:

Wash salmon and then make sure is completely dry by using towel paper. Take the fillet and squeeze lemon juice on both sides. Sprinkle cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, sumak and salt.

Heat the pan and add oil to the pan. Place the salmon skin side down and cook then flip the other side and cook for 5 minutes or until salmon is cooked. Serve hot on top of rice bed.
