Mushroom Tomato Pizza
1 pizza bread
1 tomato sliced
2 small mushrooms sliced
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon crushed red peppers
I used Mama Mary’s pizza bread but you can use what you prefer. Take the pizza bread spread the sauce on top ( you can check my homemade sauce recipe out) or you can use the store bought, sprinkle cheese, add slices of mushroom, tomatoes, salt, red chilies pepper.
Heat the oven and bake pizza Using a pizza baking sheet, slide your pizza (with the parchment or onto the baking stone. If you don’t have a baking stone, bake the pizza right on the baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes, then turn the pizza around. Bake until the crust is lightly golden brown and the cheese is melted and browned in spots or crispy. in 3 to 5 minutes pizza should be ready and serve hot.
