Ingredients:
2 cups rice
1 cup onions chopped
1 can green beans
2 bay leafs
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
10-12 black peppercorns
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon garlic chopped
1 tablespoon red chillies powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
5-6 green cardamom
Salt to taste

Directions:
In a pan ad some oil and then add bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin seeds, black peppercorn, onions. Fry everything until the onions are lightly brown and add chopped garlic, green cardamom, red chillies, salt, cumin, black pepper. Stir for 2 minutes and add the green beans.
Mix green beans with rest of ingredients and then add rice with water. Bring it a boil and then cover the rice with lid and cook on medium to low heat. Cook for about 15 minutes. Serve hot with salad and some roasted chicken.
