Tuna Sub Recipe


2 tuna cans

10-12 capers

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 Italian bread or french bread

1 tablespoon sweet relish

1 tomato sliced

1/4 lettuce sliced

Black pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Take out a large bowl. Drain the tuna and place it inside the bowl. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper to your own taste. Add in the capers, relish and mayonnaise and make sure the ingredients are thoroughly combined . Serve on Italian bread or any bread of your choice. Cut the bread in half but not all the way through, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise, add in the tuna mixture, lay the lettuce slices and tomato slices.
