Meatballs with Gravy Recipe
Ingredients:
8 cups ground meat
1 onion
1 garlic head
3 tomatoes
5-6 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoon ginger
5 tablespoon cilantro
4-5 green chilies
2 tablespoon meatball spices
1 tablespoon red chilies
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon 7 spices
2 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon cumin/cloves/ black pepper
3 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup gram flour
1 teaspoon crush red chilies
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
5 cups water

Directions:
Step 1
In a bowl add your minced meat, 1 tablespoon meatball spices, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon crush red chilies, salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chilies powder and 1 cup gram flour.
Mixed all the ingredients well and create balls. Once all the meatballs are made add oil to the pan on a medium heat. once oil is hot add your meatballs and fry until both sides are browned.
Step 2
In same pan take most of the oil out and leave 3 tablespoon of oil in the pan. Add cinnamon, bay leaves, cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorn, onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, tomato puree, tomato paste, 1 tablespoon meatball spices, 1/2 teaspoon red chilies, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder.
Mix all the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes or until water is dried up. Now add meatballs to the pan and mix well. Add green chilies, 5 cups of water and mix well. Cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes add 7 spices powder and cilantro.
Serve hot with bread or rice on the side with some salad and chutney.
