Small Red Beans Chili with Ground Meat Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1/2 lbs ground beef
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 can small red beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 cups vegetables broth
½ cup water
Shredded Cheddar/Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Add meat in hot large saucepan on medium heat until brown and drain extra water. Add onions, peppers, cumin, all peppers, salt, garlic powder, chopped garlic, cilantro, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, tomato paste and water. Cover and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add red beans and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Bring to boil and serve topped with cheese.
