
Ingredients
2 tablespoon butter
2 cups thinly cut chicken
4-6 garlic cloves chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 cup cabbage
1 cup carrots
2 green chillies chopped
4-6 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon chilli sauce
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 egg
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon white chill powder
2 tablespoon white vinegar
Green onions for Granish
Directions:
In a saucepan, butter and let it melt. Once butter is melted then add in chicken and cook for few minutes. Take the chicken out and set aside.
Now in the same saucepan add in chopped garlic, chopped onions and ginger paster. Saute until everything is light brown and then add in cabbage, carrots, green peppers and then add in the chicken stock.
Combine the chicken broth with soy sauce, hot chilli sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low then add in your cooked chicken. At this time add salt if needed.
Take two tablespoon cornstarch and add water to make a mixture. Add this mixture in while stirring. Beat an egg and also add the egg into the soup while stirring. Sprinkle in the green onions and turn off the heat.
Once the heat is off then add in the white pepper powder and vinegar. Serve hot with green onions garnish.
