Smashed Avocado Toast with Dates Walnuts Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1-2 pieces of whole wheat or seeded bread toasted
1/2 small avocado smashed
1-2 dates cut into slices
!-2 tablespoon walnuts
Sesame seeds for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Toast the bread slice. Smash the avocado in a small bowl. Slather the toasts with the avocado mixture and top with walnuts, dates and sesame seeds.
