Green Mint Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh cilantro
3 cups fresh mint leaves
6 green chile peppers
Salt to taste
1 medium onion or half large onion cut into chunks
1 juice or lemon juice
1 pod garlic
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
In a food processor, combine the cilantro, mint leaves, chili peppers, salt, garlic, onion and lime juice. Lastly add the oil and process to a fine paste. Serve with any fry or baked food.
