Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon Recipe


1 teaspoon olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic minced

4 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 lemon juiced

1 teaspoon honey

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

1/4 teaspoon ground black

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1/4 teaspoon Italian spice

1/3 teaspoon dijon mustard

3 tablespoon melted butter 

2 fillets salmon

2 tablespoon sesame seeds


In a bowl add the salmon fillets and squeeze the lemon juice and garlic. Let it sit for 20 minutes if time allows that kills the raw smell and then add soy sauce, butter, oil, black pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, tomato paste, honey, brown sugar, dijon mustard and mix.

Add a little oil in pan and add the fish with all the sauce into pan. Cook skin side for 4 minutes and then flip. cook the other side for 4 minutes and flip if need to cook further. once the sauce is thicken take it out on a plate. Serve hot with white rice and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
